Well, I am running a forum site with my friend, and here are the requirements we need:

20MB space
5GB+ transfer
FTP
PHP
MYSQL(unmetered would be best)
Ads: Banner-top/bottom(not those irritating ads like tripod UK)(no ads would be better, of course)
Domain hosting

So if someone is willing to host us, please reply to this thread.

why are you looking to create a forum that requires all that, when there are hosted forums already created?

HERE (http://www.freewebspace.net/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=23973) is a very well put together list of free services online, among the services listed are Hosted Forums, which probably have the same functionality you're looking for.

there really aren't very many free service providers out there who'd want a forum on their servers. they're bandwidth hogs.

there really aren't very many free service providers out there who'd want a forum on their servers. they're bandwidth hogs. firstly, we want to choose our own board and customise it.

Secondly, we already said we won't exceed 5gb and also use as less server load as possible.

anyways, he and me got hosting. Never mind.
Trenz isnt greedy. He is expanding.

When you expand you need more space to livein. That's what he and me are doing ;)
