I am moving into my apartment around August to start attending Mississippi State University. I plan to double major in software engineering and physics, while having a minor in one of multiple areas(poltical science, economics, or religious studies, which would ahve to be done during the summer at another school).
I have been waiting to move out for a while, but part of me now wishes I could go to HS another year(alot of my friends are a year below me).
So obviously, I am not going to the University of Illinois :D

I want to major in Political Science and minor in Economics. I am also looking military history majors... I doubt it though... would it exist?

Going to Oregon State University
Methinks I'll major in Molecular Biology, minor in Bio-Chemistry/Bio-Physics and have a pre-med track.
Afterwards, medical school, and specialization in neurology or neurosurgery.

hey hobbes, what's Oregon State like? I was just looking at Southern Oregon and they have great outdoors program looks like, but their academics seem really really really strict (if strict is the right word).
...I'm also HS junior, looking to the coast (either one). Washington or Oregon seem like good places. I gots to have my space and my outdoors - for photos, hiking & backpacking (if I feel like it) and rock-climbing. :biggrin2:
:p
The weather here is sorta really crappy :p I assume Oregon is about the same as Washington state (where I live 2 minutes from)
If you can afford to go somewhere - go to Cali lol cause if you come here, you'll have 320 days of rain, 30 days of cloud, and maybe 2 weeks of sun :p
