Need help with WarFTP

I'm using WarFTP to set up a FTP Server on my computer and I'm having lots of trouble getting it to set up how I need it. I want to have a link on my website that goes straight to the FTP where the person does not have to log in or have a username or anything. Then they can just download files from it. But I can't even access my FTP from the internet to see the files. So basically I am lost from the start. If anyone out there knows how to do this please give me some steps. I've been searching the net forever and no luck whatsoever. I REALLY NEED THIS! :eek:

Well first off if you are trying to access it from the web you have to make sure your nameservers are set and have thourghly gone through propagation stage.
Also make sure the settings are set to allow anonymous users

Is there anyone out there that uses or has used WarFTP that can tell me specifics on settings. There seems to be several different settings on allowing users.
