- free domain name registration
- no setup fees
- 1 subdomain
- forum support (I heard that some hosts don't allow forums)
- no file size limit
- allows .zip files

I can't pay more than $10/month

These 3 hosts (sonichost, myacen and cyberwings) seem good but i couldn't find any information about "free domain name" on their sites? Also sonichost has no information about setup fees?

sonichost hasnt a setup fee, frro a domain go to namecheap.com and get one for around 10$
then take plan 2 of sonichost which costs 50$
both is 60$year = 5$ month ;)

Domains arent free but very cheap at Myacen. $8.50 If I remember correct
