I don’t need much, all I need is:

10-20 Megs (more than 20 ok)
Perl 5 or higher
Cgi (cgi-bin)
php (optional)
More than a lousy 100mb per month bandwidth
NO ADS - the only ads I will take is if its a small link or button that I can put anywhere, no annoying pop-ups, no space hogging frames or ads, if ads at all I just want some small button or link I can put wherever I want.

I’m just trying to run a website with newspro. Most people wonder why use newspro and suggest something like newsPHP but they all use a mysql database no matter what anyone thinks they do, and any hosting that has a database is really slow because forums and post/phpnuke site hog all the resources and the hosting goes really slow, a.k.a. Host.sk

The problem with them is that they have a huge banner at the top. Even if it was a banner at the bottom only of the pages I would probably take it but I hate ads that intrude on your site, all you see is the ad not your site and since no one ever clicks the ads unless its the bunch out your boss ad there pointless anyway. I just want a small button or text link I can put anywhere. Thanks for the shot though. ;)
