almost unlimited transfer
PHP 4+
CGI
Unlimited MySQL Database
No adz..optional
allowed Mp3z with copyright...forumz..
No filez size limit.

Not for free my friend. Or you can visit this forum as often as possible until a paid host that just opens needs a free user to test it all, than they give you the account for free. Thats only thing I can tell you. Sorry

I don't get what you mean by "Mp3's With copyright.
Do you mean copyrighted mp3's?
Which you'd be infringing upon copyright laws if you distributed them?
If that's what you mean then NO host is gonna allow you to host pirated mp3's
