You've used all the sites with those specs? Isn't there a lot of them?

I searched, only 2. But that is with "popup/banner" selected. I'm sure some that are only listed under banner have a popup option as well. Check out these, with "all ads" selected:

Try signing up again. I always (on both my normal and CGI accounts) get an email within an hour.
