Well, this is what I think he means:

We should have a drawing, and the winner of this drawing gets links to his site (in other words, free advertising!) from the FWS.net site/boards.

It's always a good time
When one posts in rhyme
But as to the topic
I must say it ain't a pick
In terms of the point
There is little to anoint
I know that line did not impress
But for a rhyme I was hard-pressed
Usually with a lottery
The procurer profits most aery
But seems in this plan as stated
That this element is left abated
So what would the aim here then
From the eyes of Peo and kin?
That really should be "kith", I know
But the error doesn't exactly glow
Anyway, from this comes no benift
Only time wasted, you must admit
So I see this not as a grand idea
I'd pass on it without fear
