Does anyone have problems with their subscriptions after 9 months.

Norton internet security (NIS) came with a years free subscription and after 9 months it's suddenly expired for no reason. What can i do to make NIS understand that i have almost 4 months of subscriptions left!?!?

im trying, i've uninstalled/reinstalled it but no success

Your best bet is to of course complain to them and get it fixed.

Have you checked the common things like the date and time on your computers clock? Is it accurate? If so does changing it back to a earlier period allow you to retrieve the update? I wouldn't recommend such an action if it works but if you validly have 4 months left...

It all depends on the software and how it checks but it may be as simple as the date on your computer being wrong.
