I'm guessing you only want a comment on the design as the content obviously has nothing in it.

Here are my suggestions:
-Make the font size smaller for the survey, it doesn't need to be that large.
-Make the font a little smaller for all the nav bars as it leaves more room for the content (this is supposed to be a content site)
-Move the banner perhaps to that white space just top-right or right of your logo. It's not as obtrusive there.

Looks good. I agree with Coolin, make the font a size smaller on the sides, other than it is a great layout. Oh, and move the ad too.

Your banner looks misplaced... out-of-place.. whatever. It looks strange, being where it is right now.

Then he should find a way to get rid of those spaces... I still say the banner is mis-aligned.

The font size still needs to be changed. Also there's this default look to the site, try changing some of the colors around to get that "look."

that is a customized design (or theme, cuz im running php nuke)

It is? Oh... It's just that grey and white is the default look of many things. So it looks "defaulty."

My advice is make the font size smaller, and change the "grey" look. Try blue...or red...or yellow?

I meant a LIGHT blue - not heavy or neon - to scheme with the grey. And I was joking about the yellow. (You actually think I'd suggest YELLOW?! :D)
