Online HTML Editor

Is there an online HTML editor that is free which is viewable in IE and Netscape?? You know, those online html editors like hotmail.

sorry none of that is it. I wanted a script that is an online web editor, not like the tsWebEditor, or the tripod/geocities thing, but similar to the tripod/geocities editor which i can customize for use with my clients. You know, like the HTML email (rich text) editor in hotmail compose. I really need to know if there is any editors out there.

I believe he is asking for a script for himself not to go use one.
Although I don't know of any off hand try searching and browsing

Well I searched on hotscripts and I could only find ones that you have to pay for. I don't think it would be to hard to make one yourself. Just make a text box...a few buttons that when clicked they will add certain tags and voila
