How about thia - EZpad is a sophisticated HTML editor with an internal previewer and wizards for just about every complex HTML task. Wizards include HomePageWizard, LinkWizard, EmailLinkWizard, ListWizard, FrameWizard, FontWizard, ColorWizard, BodyWizard, and ImageWizard. And best of all EZpad is free. All the standard functions, Save, new, open, undo, etc ... Tabbed interface - Edit many files at once, Print and print setup, Toolbar and statusbar, Supports Drag'n'drop, Supports commandline arguments, Refresh from disk, Goto line, Convert to Upper- and Lowercase, View Clipboard contents, Reopen menu lists 20 last-opened files, Insert files, Import textfiles, Stores all changes to the Win registry, Detailed helpfile.

Download it here http://www.mmedia.is/ezpad/download.htm - but i've never tried it so I can't really say anything other than thos site did :)
