i have IE 6.0 and Surfpal

but for some reason when press shift and click on a link or right click and choose open in new window..


my popup stoper stops me from opening in a new window and when i try a couple more times it finally opens but in a resized window smaller and disfigured then my normal windows, any idea whats up?


it works normal when i turn my popup stoper off

Simple. Don't use SurfPal if it's interfering with your browser. Using the proximitron instead, you use it by using a proxy on your own machine, localhost:8080. It'll recieve all the data and strip it of anything you want. Proximitron.org isn't up so I uploaded it here (http://wir3d.hn.org/site_files/install/ProxN41.exe)

well it didnt use it before, and it manages cookies, ect

There is a example on how to stop certain pop ups in IE somewhere in the archives here http://www.crabapples.net/rob if you feel like browsing it is probably from about six months ago. I'll try and find it. Don't use software it is possible with IE I know for a fact

how do you know for a fact? explain..


and i dont use it for just the popup stoper, i use it because it has a quick cache clearer cookies, url's, recycle bin, temp inet files, history

I am sure I have done it myself and I know people who have but I do not remember
