Mac users only reply please

Tomorrow I need to look at someone's 1997 model Mac, it keeps freezing and they want to know why. I only found out at the last moment it was a Mac and I have no experience since my Classic Mac of how to fix problems.

If anyone can give me an idea what to look for, I would be most grateful.

If not, I will make appropriate excuses why I can't do the job. :)

Any other information on it, such as the system version or model of computer? You might want to look for extension conflicts, ask them if they installed anything just before this occured, etc.
