corrupt mpeg

i accidentally deleted an mpeg that i really wanted. so i restored it using easy recovery pro. i think it is all there (~185megs) but wmp says "Cannot play back the file. The format is not supported". is there any way to fix this?

im not sure, but its probably something to do with an incorrect header?

It's called don't use 3rd party software for things like recovering
I don't think that will be possible to fix
