no, its a vb bug... theres a small fix at vb.org that fixes it, because its upper case it doesnt pull it up...

theres a very small code fix for this

On another forum I belong to the uppercase P belongs to another smiley. So the if the lowercase was used we would get :present: instead of :Present:

It pays to keep uppercase on hold in case more smileys are added. If both upper and lowercases were allocated to the same smiley, they would run out of options.

No, allow smilies on the subject or topic (the text you typed in)
So that it shows smilies on your topic!!
