Any text or "html editor" that you feel comfortable with. What features are you looking for?
Hereunder will be a long list of what people use or want others to think they use with no explanation to why they are the best other than that they rock. :classic2:

Well, the best one by far, IMO, is Notepad.
You could also try adding the word "page" to the end of your name (1st page :D) and try their software at http://www.evrsoft.com/

Arachnophobia or what ever it's called....it's great! Find it on CNET's Download.com (www.download.com).

I personally like dev-php v1. v2 Is buggy so if you are going to try it, get the latest version of v1.

I think... HAPEdit is quite good. especially if you may concider on moving on to PHP or ASP or Perl later on
