Looking for a host with the following

I am looking for a host with the following:
.htaccess
FTP
About 2mb space (over 1mb is fine)
No Top Banner ads (user placeable/bottom banner ads, and all other types are fine, just no tops ads.)
CGI (wanted, not needed)
PHP (wanted, not needed)
SSI
Bandwidth over 150mb
I have looked for a host like that but have not yet found one.
I need it for yet another school IT project.

You don't say if you need a db, and the only one I know of that has everything you want, is www.amzweb.net (http://www.amzweb.net)
Good luck on getting in though. Check Host FAQ at the top and if you don't need CGI, or php, why ask for them? It's easier to find a host without them, than with.

I don't really need PHP, just a want, not necessary.
Lemme rephrase this with what i need.

Needs:
.htaccess
FTP

My domain is currently on AMZ but I will soon be switching, plus I want this hosted in a seperate spot than my domain.

Ah, i see you read that on my site.
Which is not actually my site, just a layout i had to whip up for a friend for a Newscript.

Info on my site? Well its just a simple HTML site with a couple images.
Also uses SSI for updating and such.
Its merely a personal site I have to hand in for a class. Heh :rolleyes:

Ok. Catch #1 small logo you can put where you like. Catch#2 I need my site tested (geared toward people with little knowledge of the web), the customers I have I do everything for and am looking into expanding a bit. Fill out the form on my site I will email you the welcome email with password etc and you will let me know if everything makes sense.
