Excelland is really your only good bet if you don't have a fax. And I don't think it is as slow as everyone says.

Hey,
I'm facing the same problem as you! I'm currently on
EXCELLAND, but still looking for another co-brand,
I don't know is EXCELLAND that slow as the most of
ppl are saying, cos my site haven't up and running,
but as what my friend, who is using EXCELLAND also,
told me, it seems EXCELLAND is really unsteady, the
worst thing, I think, should be that they charge
everything they originally provide for free for a fee
now...
By the way, after checking all the possible co-brand
providers, I think here's a final solution for us -
Provide web hosting by a third-level domain...like
http://yourname.provider.com/yourend-user
This service is available at http://www.megagiga.com
I don't know are they good, cos I just sign up my own
one, but at least they seems kindda steadily...
And the best thing is after owning an among of end-
users, you can request a free domain name from them!
Hmm...I'm considering use it formally myself...just
a suggestion.

Wigloo... Wow! Haven't heard that name in awhile... Last I knew, they didn't allow you to use your own domain.
