It logs the nicknames of each user on that channel, shows how many ops/voices etc and what channel modes are set.

Mine joins and parts the channel in one second and logs it into the file and the owner(me) can see it. useful tool if you're banned from one channel.

Yeah that's nothing new at all.
Seen that done many a time before and have thought of coding soemthing similar to that myself, using VB.
