There's no truth value involved in a liar paradox, so the answer is actually neither.

If you are a liar - you will answer "NO, I am not a liar." If you are not a liar you will also answer NO. So there should be no YES answers.

But if the poll is about you and you're really a liar, you wouldn't be truthful when when you say "I am a liar." I don't trust you to be honest when you say "I am a liar", I think you're lying. That means you're actually not a liar, which means that you're telling the truth when you say "I am a liar", which in turn makes you a liar so that I can no longer trust that statement to be truthfull...

This can be debated forever, it's like the if a tree falls in the forest deal, or one hand clapping, etc, etc. There's no possible way you can answer it with a yes or no answer.
