I have my own domain name and I use the mydomain.com DNS management service. The domain redirection works fine.

Then I've signed up with everyone.net e-mail service. I want my users to have e-mail address that look like this.

userID@subdomain.mydomain.net

and NOT the usual userID@mydomain.net

Everyone.Net tell me that I have to enter this MX entry to my DNS file

subdomain.mydomain.net IN MX 0 sitemail.everyone.net.

I got no idea how to put this entry inside mydomain.com setting. I've tried to select Everyone.net Public Profile but then it shows the MX entry as

sitemail.everyone.net IN MX 0 sitemail.everyone.net.

Is that a right one? I've tried the private profile option, but I don't know what should I put inside the MX field ( there's only one there ) either for subdomain.mydomain.net or sitemail.everyone.net

Please help on how for me to enter that MX entry above.

Well, i very little about MX records, and doubt this is your probelm, but do you have MyDNS enabled for your subdomain? From reading your post, it sounds like you do, but who knows...could be a simple problem like that.

Yes, I use MyDNS account, but nevermind now. By brosing through the posts in this forum.I've found another DNS management service, hn.org. Entering that MX entry is a snap with that.
