Need Help....

Okay a long time ago on one of these forums (I'm sorry if I'm in the wrong one, I'm not sure which this should go in) somebody posted something like a time machine or whatever it was called that logs sites monthly, and you can go through the archives and see how your site has progressed, if that makes any sense at all, I was wondering if anybody had the url to this?
