Does anyone know of any site that offers OpenASP downloads? Where can I get it? I can't access its website (activescripting.org) and I also can't find a download for openasp any where else. :( Does anyone know what happened?

From what I know, OpenASP didn't pickup. Their site has been inaccessible for a few months now. You may however look at Apache::ASP (http://www.apache-asp.org/). The Apache::ASP project is a Perl-native port of Active Server Pages (ASP) to Apache that runs under mod_perl, and provides an open alternative to Chili!Soft's ASP for Unix.

Apache::ASP only supports ASP written in Perlscript.
