I host a gaming site on hypermart which has a forum, but i just realized they don't allow UBB so I was just wondering is there a free host out there that has about 5mb, CGI no banners and a fast server or adiquite enough

I find http://www.datablocks.net to be faster when the user is viewing the site from the USA.
