How do I set up a local cgi-server? I want to test my scripts before I actually upload them to a server.

get apache from apache.org and get activeperl (not 100% sure of the website).. its not the easiest process ... if you use linux , it wouldnt be hard, but apache doesnt look very good to a windows user
