Any one used them before? are they fast? any downtime? and any other comment will be greatly appreciated?

they only offer it to some us states..but i guess you can lie and sign up....any ideas if they offer cgi or other features?

They are slow because they are actually a file storage place. They do seem to support SSI however, and best of all, they don't put any ads on your pages! (But that's cuz they're meant to be a file storage place.)
