how can i run a *.bat file online

I've got a question

How can i run a *.bat file online i don't have any programming skills so if someone will make it for me i reward him with a banner on my website

I don't think you can.... unless:

1) you're on the server side and you're executing it at the shell level (am I right?)
2) it's associated with some program interpreter (but why would you have a ".bat" extention?)

Otherwise it will just show text.
