Domain host other than netcabins.com

I was with netcabins.com before there server crashed. Till netcabins come's back online again, i need a domain host with all the features of netcabins, cgi,mysql,SSI etc. Can anybody suggest any host. I tried hypermart.net and they seem good but they require the ad to be placed above the fold and i don't want that, because i want my ad to be above the fold. Also the host should allow me to change the mx records and optionally create sub-domains. Am i asking for too much?

There probably aren't many hosts out there with MySQL and domain hosting. http://www.hypermart.net offers everything else though along with domainhosting.

ok what if i don't want MySQL? MySQL is not really a priority. Things that are must is
1. CGI
2. FTP
3. Domain hosting
4. SSI
5. .htacess support
