Hosting with them is definately not a smart thing to do. They have admins who "accidentally" delete half of the entire server's accounts on a regular basis. They're servers also are very unstable and are down a lot. Also, I would never trust anyone hosting sites with a dumb DSL connection. Since DSL usually has an upload speed of 128kbps, a cable user downloading off the server will cause all pages to load in about 5 minutes.

Here's a quote on their site:
