2-way Satellite Internet in Canada?

I know that 2 way satellite is available in the US but is it available in canada yet? ive heard 2002.

Last I heard was June this year -- that was the info my isp gave me anyway.

Well technically if you signup with a credit card and use the address of somebody who lives in the us that you know you can use it because it is satillite.
