I visit my site, ok, then I click on any link, and it puts me inside ANOTHER NBCi Frame, ok, so you have TWO NBCi frames, why does this happen? this pisses me off

Why don't you add TARGET="_top" to your links? After all, NBCi (and Xoom as well before) make pages for all html files with frames that have the original html file and the ad.

Also, you really need to add the
border="0"
tag to the image tages

link to "/membername/file.htm" rather than "http://members.nbci.com/membername/file/htm". that'll cause your site to load all over again inside the current frame. not sure if that's what you're doing, but that's the only logical explanation.

Gee, the adframes are bigger! Ugh....
I only got one big adframe, though. I did notice my browser getting stuff from "something.com/_XMCM/blah" in the status bar... dunno.
Review: Your link images are horrible, get rid of the border! (like BLACKOUT suggested)
Comment: The layout of your page look like how most websites looked like in the 90's. Or maybe you last updated it then?

Yeah, I know that. What I'm trying to say is, that's probably the reason why he's getting 2 adframes...
I don't think that works with nbci, only with the ol' XOOM.

yes _XMCM works for NBCi. only if you have an gateway page linking to h¤¤p//:members.nbci.com/_XMCM/me or have url redirect to that adress. believe me it sure is a relief to banish those frames

Why are you terminating their adframe? That's taking unfair advantage of their policy of not tampering with their members' HTML!! That's part of why their service is good, besides the fast download speeds and unlimited space. I could terminate their ad right now if I could, since I use the http://www----------/ redirection service, but I'm not going to, because I want my pages' HTML code to remain untampered with so that my site doesn't have to have an ugly ad banner in every frame. Sure their Nbci frame is ugly, but it's better than actually having it at the top of every one of my framed pages!!

What "fast download speeds"? I just clicked on the link above and it never did load. :(

Every server has its ups and downs; that's not ONLY Nbci, it's the reality of the internet.

Remember you get what you pay for. I think NBCi knows this too. If i was paid for all the time i look for a better free host i'd have enough money to go with a pay service.

I bet the same goes for everyone.

Yes, that's the sad part: Nbci is the best free unlimited webhost.

so if i put /_XMCM/ before all my .htm's it will only show 1 adframe? Sure, it sucks, but its how they pay for my site and all the others to be hosted..heh But they do NOT need to load 2 frelling adframes...whenever i click on a link from my homepage it opens a 2nd adframe...at least it did.
