I am wondering if anyone knows of any PHP forum software that is threaded, like say wwwboard for example.
But in php.

A quik search at HotScripts turned up this (http://www.hotscripts.com/Detailed/10651.html). I've never used the script, or even heard of it before for that matter, myself.

I don't see the point of threaded forums, they look like a mess to me.

I actually think www.phorum.org is the best threaded forum. :)
And Archbob and trenzterra, I don't think it's your area to judge whether or not a threaded board is good or not. :) I must admit that although it is untidy, it is so much easier to use and post because you don't have to worry about "posting anonymously" (it makes you stand out, and I've never liked that) or registering with the message board. Plus, it's quicker to navigate with less pages. :)

Normally I would not use a threaded forum, but I can incorporate one into my site much easier.
