Tear you apart? Okay :P You asked for it :oo)
Your menu on the left hand side: with the background for menu headers, the background should cover the WHOLE caption for it. It looks kinda ratty having it only go so far. Same goes for the menu links too.
No links? Well okay.. get some content :D
Nice design -- the only problem I saw was the one with the colors on your menu not going far enough to cover the background of your text links (or what will be text links)

Hmm... And to add more tear, here are my comments. ;)
The site doesn't fit entirely in 800x600. It mainly fits but there's a little part that cuts off. I expect this line of code is the culprit: <IMG src="cell1.gif" width="800" height="4" alt="">
Try making it 750pixels wide as you have to compensate for the scroll bar.
That image also makes viewing at a resolution under 800x600 impossible.

only thing about it is the links that you want to click so bad but you cant. aesthetically it is good, and it is easy to read and understand. ill review further when its got some content

Im not too sure what you mean, are you using netscape? I really need to get it to work correctly in netscape, but netscape really lacks any good CSS support, so ill need to use tables i guess.
Coolin: I have changed that, thanks, I would have never realized it with my 1024x768 resolution.
Lex: I have no idea what to do with that space!! Any ideas would definetly be helpful!

That design looks like it can be able to strech dynamically. Why not do that?
Well, it can except for the images that give the color transitions a more rounded appearance. Think those should be trashed?

I like the design of your site and the Control Panel demo is pretty cool! You have some good hosting packages as well. Hope you get the site totally finished and really ready for the public soon!
