Which host allows to link from other pages?

The problem is that I need a webhost to store files that can be linked to from other pages (outside that host domain). This item doesn't occur in the search criteria and the only way to find out seems to be to try it. I've tried 3 servers so far and none of them will allow this. Any ideas?

I don't know of any off hand, but I'm guessing you realize why this is harder to find. Better bet is to actually hoast the pages there and then you won't have to worry about it.
