Who has the best tracking service -accurate and discreet?
Services that use java/javascript or cookies will miss visitors who have it turned off.
I like http://www.websitetracker.com (no banner if you check stats every 24hrs)but they use java or javascript, http://www.hitbox.com uses cookies and that 'arrow' image thingy.

best trackers are your own server logs :D

Each of them have their own downsides and none of them are perfect.

I'm using mycgiserver.com free webhost (signed up a long time ago so I still have PHP!), don't have access to logs. :o(

I like nedstat, because it is fast, but as with others not every visitor is tracked. I suppose that there is something wrong with the extremedm script, since my linux-Netscape does not work correct, when I use extremedm.

Hello

http://www.addfreestats.com (button 88x31)
http://3dstats.com (invisible button)

I believe 3dstats.com is not free.
