That's not a bad price. If you are looking to start a hosting business then you may consider looking for a reseller account. The host gives you the ability to host your own clients domains under your own name. Do a search on resellers and you will find simular offers to the one you mentioned for about the same price. Mabey a little more $$ per month.

If you are looking to getting into hosting other people, i would definetly suggest resellers. Many, if not most, webhosts offer resellers for a good price.
