finding adware/spyware

i keep getting damn pop ups when i surf, i thought it was audiogalaxy but once they died, i uninstalled it but still get em. how do i find which program is making these pop ups? thanks

Go to http://www.lavasoftusa.com/ and get adaware. But if it started after you installed audiogalaxy, it's probably Gator

yeah i think gator is on there somewhere, so how do i get rid of it?
