i am starting a site, http://www.cheatman.net a gaming site about cheats,reviews,release dates, strategy guides, and saved games for psx,psx2,pc,dc,n64 and more to come.
I am looking for a good cpm site that will be able to supply me with about 5,000 banners a day and pay more than .25cpm
IF you have any suggestions as to where i should look, please let me know

ContentZone may be the only CPM that will even consider accepting your site. They only pay 0.23 CPM and now require a 0.25% CTR. The upside is that they are quite reputable and do pay you on time.

Although injured, I don't think that UGO is out for the count, so they may be worth considering. I dumped them from my film-related site last month after they provided an average Net CPM of about $0.15. A gaming site should be able to generate more than that, though, since they are UGO's focus.
You could also try BlueFishNetwork, Engage Media, AdFlight and Adtegrity.
Of course, none of these reps will accept your site until it is established, so you might want to consider seeking representation from a pay-per-click or pay-per-action firm while you build your audience.

Hmmm... every one else beat me to answering that one! ;)
Anyway like Czar said pay-per-click and pay-per-lead will both help your income in the early stages, here are some reccomended companies in that field;

http://www.searchtraffic.com/
http://www.searchbucks.com/
http://www.popuptraffic.com/
http://www.bulkclicks.com/
Also, a smaller CPM company;

Best of luck,

LOL. :) I just finished groveling apologetically to you as a result of my posting links to Net-Ads within the body of my response, rather than in my signature, and now I see that the link to your own "Make Money Online" has slipped out of your sig in the post above. ;)
Anyway, because you're the king of the hill around here, I guess you deserve some concessions. That's why I'm going to point out that your link points to a 404 Error page. ;)
Here's the real link to Supermoo's Make Money Online:

Amidst his LOLing, the tsar forgot point out that s'p'oo really should have indicated the (?quiescent?) bullex.org and not bullex.com which is not a cpm ad agency.

Dammit this just isn't my thread! ;)
Anyway...
Czar:
I get no concessions for being a 'king of a hill', I try and put my link, if and when I use it at the bottom of my post as if it was in my signature. This saves everyone having to put up with all my websites in my signature. Although I must admit it was quite noticible and beg for your forgiveness! ;)
PS. I was meant to be sending you to: http://www.djcl.com/pe/webmaster/mmoney.htm, not to worry though ;)
jpoc:
I'm very sorry about that one, I'll fix it now. Thanks for pointing it out.
Life goes on...
