Free Host That Alllows CGI Access? [Archive]

I am looking for a free host that will allow cgi-bin access. Upload via FTP. Banners are okay, but I don't like popups. Any suggestions?

50 megs, CGI/SSI, user placable ads

http://www.f2s.com and http://www.datablocks.net also offer CGI. Now that Datablocks has popups, I suggest using F2S as they have no ads.
