im looking for a dedicated server to host irc servers

do u know any good (cheap maybe) dedicated servers which offers something like this?

* processor (i dont care)
* 20 gb space
* 128 ram (64 is ok too)
* 64 IP s
* good connection

I can only afford 120$/month

A RaQ4i would probably work.

as for the 64 IPs, that could be a little more difficult.
