u can have a frame on the first half of ur frame and no top level domain will be given for free. your best bet is dot.tk and then getting some hosting somewhere else and use you dot.tk to re-direct there.

------------------ (http://www.------------------) gives free domain and hosting but i think its a scam because i havent heard of anyone actually getting the domain and i have 35 points myself but i cannot get to 100 to get the domain :o
