Hello,
I followed the advice of you all here & joined up with Myacen.com.....great, but there's only one problem after being with them for not even a week. There are only a few people working at myacen and I can't seem to get any quick assistance.
Since I use the host for my work and that most of my clients contact me via email, it's pretty vital that I get my email up & running......so not being able to receive any email for almost a week now is getting quite a problem.
It's not that I want to say that they are a bad host - not at all....all other communication was great and my account was setup very quickly. Great stuff.
The only negative side for me is that I can't wait for more than a week.....so I'll have to look for another host incase they can't solve it within the next 48 hours or so.
So, who of you knows a good host that has a real, sepate help desk that has qualified people working at business hours and days ? That's all I'm asking......not a host that depends on a few people.
