Okay, before I list the details of the new host I am starting, I would like to say a couple things.
First off, although this host is on the same server as Hosting.Zone was, everything has changed, speed, reliability, etc.
This host has nothing to do with the previous owner of HZ, so please do not complain, -----, etc about him. He is a thing of the past, and so are the previous troubles with Hosting.Zone.
Okay, here is what we offer:
30mb space, with browser upload.
No file size limit.
All file types permitted, if one is missing let us know.
We ENCOURAGE you to use this space for file storage, etc, although you cannot upload warez, ANY pirated media, illegal pornography, or any media depicting real life gore.
There is currently no bandwidth limit, though if you use too much we will let you know.

All files types? ROTFLMAO
Right off the bat, I can tell you cgi and php are not there. Those were just the first 2 file types I tested, so those may not be it and there could very well be more.
Also, the log in is kind of annoying, at least for me. I kept logging out every minute and the "remeber info" thing never worked. :p
Why are you using redirection?
I mean common you can pay for a server but no domain?
Get real. Unproffesional. It probably it is ----------- his stuff.

And then what? Do you have to pay for the service if you keep going over? Just curious.

jmiller and hosting.zone have nothing to do with each other, apart from the fact they're on the same server
