Free Server with CGI/SSI

I've now been searching for a while a free web server with about 20 up to 50 MB with CGI and SSI (for starting perl scripts form within my web pages). I even would agree to place a banner on my sites.

But the problem I often meet is, that I do not find the
- absolute pathes for the scripts
- the path to start a script from within an SSI-Website
- the path to start a script from the web (i.e. http://exmple.com/mycgi/logbook.pl)

Can anyone help?

Well, if the host provides cgi access, they would post the paths to the cgi somewhere on their site, usually in the FAQ
