I would suggest you to purchase a domain. They are pretty cheap these days plus you get full control.

Ahh, you absolutely need a domain, but are unwilling to pay for it. Can you think of anything that you "need" which you can get for free? I doubt you "need" a domain if you want it for free. You probably just have some personal site that you would "like" to have a domain for. Otherwise, I'd expect you would pay for something you "need"
.

I'd suggest a subdomain (that forwards to free space, possibly a URL redirection type subdomain).

I need a free (new and real) Ferrari! It doesn't matter if there's popups on it, I just need a free Ferrari! Can anyone help me, PLEASE?! :D

Excuse me for being kinda rude, but really, free domains aren't worth what it's worth.

But... if you insist.. http://www.emeisp.com

why in the heck can't you guys just tell him a url or not reply... yes, we all know that if you have the money(credit card), then you should buy it because they don't have ads and you have more control, but when people ask for free they want free, they don't want you to tell them to buy one...

Though it is wise to spend 1o bucks to register a domain some people want the free stuff. free IS NOT always better . Nothing in this world is free, but it depends on how you define the word free. Free can be something that costs nothing(obviously) but it may not have the same quality compared to something you pay for. Their is no site that will give a free domain w/ the same capabilities/quality as a payed one.SO in conclusion GET $10 and BUY a domain. The free ones are a waste.

Some URLs:
http://www.eMEisp.com
http://www.namedemo.com (one year)

But it's true, better buy one. BUT, I don't have a credit card, so no pay domain for me.

I would like to go for a 10$ domain registration.

Can anyone suggest me a reliable one register?

Then why some people pay so much money for registration?

Sorry, if this question sounds silly, I am a beginner.

Thanks

Peter

The cheapest registrar I know of that accepts money orders is http://www.000domains.com . gkg.net has a 15$ handling fee for money orders, so it comes out to be like 25 bucks.

000domains.com is only 13.50. On top of that, they are an OpenSRS reseller, so if they go out of business you'll still keep your domain name.

I use http://www.domainsnext.com for my domain registration.
$9.95 a year - even if you just want to register it for one year. 8)
