The number of replies gives an indication of "no", sorry. Maybe try some CPC, CPL or CPA until the CPM market picks up a bit.

I know a site that has been been running 2 Engage banners (top and bottom) on his UBB forum with no trouble for several years. It is probably safe to do if your main site gets way more hits than the forum, but I personally wouldn't recommend doing it as it's too dangerous a gamble in my opinion.

i think those people have a distinct contract that says they can do it...
also note that those contracts were most likely made during the 'boom'...

L90 and Go4 will both accept forum traffic.

Have you thought about using CJ and its combos of club regal, eWorld, and free yankee?
It works best for my gaming site.
