help, need to host my wbboard for free

i know this has been asked before but i am desperate. i really need a place to host my wbboard(php,MySQL) i have tried xug.net, after the registration nothing happens. lycos is a friggin mess and after i upload it, i don't see it. also i don't know any other languages other then english so i would like an english one, but i can manage if translation. thanks.

Oh I forgot: You need to make 10 qualifying posts to get hosted and 75 posts to get a MySQL database. ;)
