color 3/10 . Well, there ain't much color

logo 2/10 . If you refer to the thing in the top left (JEDI FORUMS, your star wars souce" as your logo, then I think you really need to redo it.

template . I don't know the answer to this

Customized 9/10 . I see you change things quite a bit from the phpbb2 original, great job there.

Get rid of all the black buttons etc. They're depressing and don't look very tempting. Would be a good idea to replace those with a nice yellow shade or something to inject some colour highlights.

Though the font of your 'logo' is inkeeping with Star Wars, it just doesn't fit in with the general scheme. Grab photoshop and make a nice logo with Tie fighters or X-wings or something like that. Would look much more professional.
