Foreign webhosts? Any recommendations?

Hi,

I'm new here so I better introduce myself first :) I'm a 19 year old boy from Norway. I study System Analysis and Design and on my free time I work as an adult webmaster. I've recently started on a non-adult project too (see my signature) and that's how I came over this forum.

Well, over to my question. What about non-english webspace providers? Here in Norway we got a few good ones that offers cgi and stuff in addition to nice speed and a reasonable amount of space (15-30 mb). The problem is of course how to sign up properly if you don't know the language, but there's lots of translation programs on the web. babelfish.altavista.com to mention one.

So, anyone wants to recommend a good webhost in their country?
